His research focuses on nutrient timing and seasonal periodization, and he brings both academic rigor and practical experience to every article we publish.

Naledi is a registered dietitian with a specialization in sports and exercise nutrition. She works directly with competitive athletes and translates that hands-on experience into practical, relatable content.
